If you’re following any of my latest activity, you’re probably a local business and you likely fall into one of two camps. A) You have a listing on Google Places local search but it probably has a couple of reviews, if that, has no optimization, and has no “STAR” ratings. or B) You have a negative review and you’re wondering how to hide it.
